Westfield Steel Earns Another ISO Certification

WESTFIELD, Ind. – Following a long and demanding review process, Westfield Steel Inc. was re-certified under the new ISO 9001:2015. “We are pleased that we achieved the re-certification. We have been certified since 2008, and the new 2015 standard will help us improve our quality.” said the company’s President & CFO, Fritz Prine. “While companies have until 2018 to upgrade to the new standard, we decided it was important to put in the effort over the past year so that we could improve our quality to the customers. The new standard adds more focus to managing risk and continuous improvement.”
